iVUE System released to test sites

iVUE Customer Care and Billing – Utility/CIS launches from the Project Discovery initiative. The Member Information Conference in 2003 formally announced iVUE, and it was installed in the fall at its first test site, Central Indiana Power (now NineStar Connect).

While Central Indiana Power represented the first CAPS (CADP legacy system) to convert to iVUE, Consolidated Electric followed a few months later as the first Horizon (NCDC legacy system) to convert to iVUE.
