Walmart uses NISC service

Walmart, with over 25,000 utility accounts, signs with Capturis, then known as C&I Processing and later Utility Bill Pay, for bill payment and processing.

Capturis, an NISC subsidiary, pays multiple monthly utility bills for large, multistate corporations and helps them manage their energy consumption. Annual revenue for Capturis is about $9 million.
