Gary Hobson named CADP General Manager

Gary Hobson, a Field Service Representative with the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, is hired by the CADP Board of Directors as General Manager. Mr. Hobson would serve in the position until the consolidation of CADP and NCDC in 2000 into NISC, when he was named as CEO of NISC.
